Diamond Cityの壁際にいるAbbotに話しかける。

Hardware Townに入り、奥のPaintを拾う。

-''(Optional) Mix a batch of Green Paint''
拾ったPaintをMixしてGreen Paintを作る。Paintの側にある機械でMixできる。

-''Return to Abbot''
Abbotの元に戻って話しかける。

-''Apply a paint to the Wall''
壁にペンキを塗る。選択肢はGreenが一番良い。
選択肢で報酬としてもらえるお金の額が変わる。(Greenで200cap、YellowとBlueは100cap)
