Courser Chipを解析する。
GoodneighborにいるDoctor Amariに話しかけるとThe Rail Roadを見つけろと言われる。
すでに見つけている場合はRail Roadの場所へ行こう。
見つけていない場合は先にクエスト[[Road to Freedom]]をやること。
Rail Road HQにいるDesdemonaに話しかけ、Courser Chipを渡す。

それぞれ建設場所の設定や電力が必要になる。
まずはMolecular Beam EmitterをStabilized Reflector Platformにかぶせるように設置。
Control ConsoleとRelay Dishを近くに設置し、銅線でつなぐ。
後はGeneratorをいくつか作って必要な電力を確保しよう。
Beam Emitterの電力が20、Consoleの電力が2の合わせて22必要になる。

Strugesに話しかけてReadyを選び、Reflector Platformの上に乗るとクリア。
